We believe in fair, transparent policies. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling your Orbly subscription.

1. The 5-Day Cancellation Window
When you subscribe to an Orbly plan — either monthly or yearly — you have a 5-day cancellation window starting from your purchase date. If you cancel within this window, your subscription will be deactivated immediately and you will receive a full refund with no questions asked. You can request cancellation directly from the profile section inside your dashboard. This policy exists because we want you to feel confident trying Orbly without financial risk.
2. Cancellations After the 5-Day Window
Once the 5-day cancellation window has passed, subscriptions are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time on your plan. We enforce this strictly to ensure fairness across all subscribers.
3. How to Cancel Within the 5-Day Window
To cancel your subscription within the eligible window, go to the Profile section inside your Orbly dashboard and use the cancellation option provided. Once submitted, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. 4. Switching Plans
If you wish to switch between the monthly and yearly plan, you can do so at any time from your dashboard. Switches are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged twice. If you switch from yearly to monthly mid-cycle, you retain yearly access until your annual period ends, then move to monthly billing.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the 5-day window. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Orbly does not issue partial refunds for unused time beyond the cancellation window under any circumstances.
6. Account Access After Cancellation
After your subscription ends — whether cancelled within the window (immediate) or at natural period end — your dashboard access will be revoked. Your account will still exist and your data will be retained for 30 days in case you choose to resubscribe. After 30 days, inactive accounts may be subject to our data retention policy as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you experience exceptional circumstances — such as a prolonged illness, a technical error on our end, or a billing mistake — please reach out to us via our Contact page and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. We are a small team and we care about being fair.
