Please read these terms carefully before using Orbly. By using our platform you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Orbly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users of Orbly, including service owners (those who list and manage offerings) and customers (those who browse and book services).

2. Account Registration

To access Orbly as a service owner, you must register for an account and subscribe to one of our plans. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date.

3. Service Owner Responsibilities

As a service owner, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, pricing, availability, and the quality of services you provide. You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information. You are responsible for honouring bookings made through Orbly and communicating any changes promptly to your customers.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the Orbly owner dashboard requires an active subscription — either monthly ($10/month) or yearly ($110/year). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription within 5 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund via the Profile section in your dashboard. After the 5-day window, subscriptions are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund — your access continues until end of the billing period and will not renew. 6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Orbly to engage in any unlawful activity, impersonate any person or entity, post harmful or offensive content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or interfere with the proper functioning of Orbly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Orbly platform — including the logo, design, and code — are owned by Orbly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Orbly without our prior written permission. Content you upload (such as your profile images and descriptions) remains yours, but you grant Orbly a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Orbly is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbly and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost data, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify you by email for significant changes. Continued use of Orbly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using Orbly and cancel your subscription within the 5-day window if applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Orbly shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.
